Premium & Pure Vongole

Our Vongole (venus clams) are hand-collected with custom-made rakes from pristine sandbars of Shark Bay, Western Australia. These sweet clams are prized for their delicate flavour and tender texture, expertly purged to ensure a perfectly clean, grit-free experience.

Each clam is collected using tried & tested hand-raking methods that protect the seafloor while selecting only premium specimens.

  • Graded on site and purged in clean seawater to remove all sand and grit.
  • Sweet, briny flavour perfect for pasta, risotto and steamed preparations.
  • Hand-collected <1 metres depth from Shark Bay's pristine sandbars.
