Our Vongole are hand-collected with custom-made rakes from pristine sandflats of Shark Bay, Western Australia. These sweet vongole are prized for their bold oceanic flavour and tender texture. We take care to expertly purge this beautiful West Australian produce.

Each clam is collected using tried & tested hand-raking methods that protect the seafloor while selecting only premium specimens.
