Premium and Pure Vongole
Our Vongole are hand-collected with custom-made rakes from pristine sandflats of Shark Bay, Western Australia. These sweet vongole are prized for their bold oceanic flavour and tender texture. We take care to expertly purge this beautiful West Australian produce.
Each clam is collected using tried and tested hand-raking methods that protect the seafloor while selecting only premium specimens.
- Hand-collected from less than 1 metre depth on Shark Bay's pristine sandflats.
- Graded on site and purged in clean seawater.
- Sweet, fresh ocean flavour perfect for pasta, risotto and Asian cuisine.
