Our Southern Saucer Scallops are renowned for their sweet, silky texture and are considered among the finest in the world. Sourced from the nutrient-rich waters of Shark Bay and the Abrolhos Islands, these wild scallops are sustainably harvested during the independently regulated fishing season.
Our scallops are carefully processed and packed as block frozen or individually quick frozen (IQF), maintaining premium quality for global export.
