West Coast Rock Lobster from Western Australian

Wild-caught using lobster pots from Western Australia’s pristine coastline, Western Rock Lobster is a world-renowned delicacy exported live, whole frozen (raw or cooked), or as premium frozen tails. The WRL season runs from 15th November to 30th June each year, allowing the species to regenerate and safeguarding the sustainability of the fishery.

Lobsters are processed without chemicals and meet the strictest quality standards, including EU, FDA, HACCP, and AQIS compliance.

Caught wild and sustainably from Western Australian waters.
