Our Vongole are hand-raked from pristine Australian waters between Fraser Island and Cape Leeuwin. These sweet clams are prized for their delicate flavour and tender texture, expertly purged to ensure a perfectly clean, grit-free experience.

Each clam is harvested using traditional hand-raking methods that protect the seafloor while selecting only premium specimens.

Hand-harvested at 5 metres depth along Australia's pristine coastline.

Purged in clean seawater to remove all sand and grit.

Sweet, briny flavour perfect for pasta, risotto and steamed preparations.
