Abalone (greenlip, brownlip & roei)


We are one of the few licensed abalone processors in Western Australia and process abalone caught from the commercial abalone fishery which includes the species greenlip, brownlip and roei.

Our divers have had a long standing relationship with our business and harvest wild caught abalone to a strictly controlled legal quota quantity. All abalone is caught by hand.

The abalone season runs from 1 April each year to March 31 the following year. Whilst there exists a small domestic market for abalone, the majority of product is exported as highly prized seafood product to the Asian markets.

Our abalone is sold in as IQF whole flesh; canned and vacuumed packed.

We also received quantities of farmed greenlip abalone and then process and market as live, frozen in shell and canned.
